Emergency shutdown of electrolysis, membrane leak testing, and membrane replacement. The membrane replacement process was too rough, resulting in severe damage to the other membranes; moreover, no leak test was conducted after the replacement. Carelessness during operation led to an explosion in the drying system. Fortunately, no one was hurt. A big lesson!
There’s nothing to say. Be extremely careful every time you drive, super careful!
Have you heard about the fire at the 5-degree water tank?
Electrical trip hazards have caused multiple fires! :L :L
Be careful, and you’ll avoid problems for years; as long as you follow the operating procedures, safety accidents can still be prevented
Was it the electric heating system that caught fire? Did you discover and handle it? Were the consequences serious?
The hydrogen vent caught fire due to a lightning strike.
1. The 3K chlorine press I was working with was damaged due to water entering it; the machine’s interlock system activated, and the electrolyzer was stopped manually after four minutes (the interlock wiring had been forgotten). 2. The circulating water pipes for utility services suddenly ruptured, forcing an emergency shutdown of both units simultaneously (with PVC involved). It was the first time in the company’s history that both units were shut down urgently at the same time. This post was last edited by ccedrj123 on 2008-4-4 00:30.]
