I worked there for three years in an unhappy state of mind, putting in a lot of effort throughout those years while constantly wondering whether I should return to the field related to my university major. I hesitated, not daring to make a decision, and ended up doing what I considered unimportant tasks with a sincere heart. Back in school, I never imagined that work would be so frustrating; I sacrificed my youth to arrogance and pride! It’s mainly the influence of the environment around; there are colleagues who aren’t very competent, who only focus on flattery rather than doing actual work, and whose empty talk amounts to nothing but theoretical discussions! When faced with slightly difficult tasks, everyone backs down and stops making an effort; in three years, they learn nothing at all! Just keep mixing and going! I hope to make this new year even more wonderful for myself! I have no reason to change others; I should just strive to live a more wonderful life myself! Work, I’m just a bit puzzled about it?
Think about it from another angle: the people around you may not be outstanding, but you still need to be excellent. You can learn from their positive qualities in dealing with others; it’s not necessary to be insincere or flattering – everyone has their own strengths. Take the best and discard the worst, constantly improving oneself; in that way, one will have enough confidence to make demands or change jobs in the future. Perhaps those people too once had a pure heart just like you, but society polished off their edges, causing them to go with the flow. We also need to be vigilant.
Study hard in silence and practice a lot – after all, it’s real practice without any cost.
Keep going – life is full of disappointments most of the time; it’s enough to just try your best
Agree with the third floor – being young is the most important thing when it comes to learning*

Maybe I set my goals too high
I’m in a similar situation to you, but I have a better attitude than you do. There’s no other reason for that – it’s simply about using my own positive qualities to influence others, rather than letting others influence me. Excellence is a *habit; I wish the original poster to regain their confidence and a happy New Year.
Ha, truly excellent people aren’t everywhere; the majority are not excellent. To excel in this as well, one needs to put in a lot of effort; let’s work hard
One must always be aware of what one is doing and how well one is doing it; don’t hold oneself to others’ standards, and live at one’s own pace.
Here too, many college graduates have been working on the production floor for years without ever being given proper opportunities! It’s not that the performance is poor; it’s just the same as that of ordinary employees! If the company wants to promote some technical staff and talks to the workshop supervisors, but those supervisors never mention you, then that speaks volumes! So performing well on the front line doesn’t necessarily mean it’s good! You must perform better than others, so that at least your direct supervisors can mention you when making recommendations! Of course, you can also recommend yourself sometimes! After all, it’s not always possible to take everything into account when it comes to the staff in the HR department! !
