I downloaded a frame for A4 paper, but I don’t know how to use it; maybe the scale isn’t set correctly. When I draw a line inside the frame, it goes outside the frame. Please, someone who knows how to do this, help me adjust the scale and send it to me~~~:loveliness: Thank you in advance~~~:D
Isn’t the A4 paper size 210X297 or 297X210? It is recommended that you draw the diagram first and then scale it to fit within an A4 frame; using the viewports in the layout can help solve this issue better

I really don’t know how to handle the diagrams below. I’ve found a bunch of standard diagrams~~ but they’re all very small and require adjustments on my part~~~ I just can’t figure out how to set the proportions right~~ Could you help me set the proportions and send them over~~~~:lol

My habit is to draw at a 1:1 scale, enlarging the drawing frame to match the equipment diagram.
I do it the same way as the person above: first I draw the diagram at its actual size, and then I enlarge or shrink the frame to fit over it. The original poster can draw a few frames by themselves; it’s a quick process
Generally, drawings are made at a 1:1 scale. For standard drawing frames, they can be created to match the actual dimensions or as blocks; when in use, they can be called using the “Insert (i)” command, and the scale can be set manually.
I also draw diagrams at a 1:1 scale and then scale them to standard frames; generally, frames have standard dimensions, with labels inside having a length of 180 mm and a height of 54 mm. By measuring the size of these labels and dividing it by 180, one can determine the scaling factor used in most cases

It is recommended to use electronic versions, which come with standard frames! Then convert it to CAD format
In my opinion, after drawing at a 1:1 ratio, using the viewports in the layout can help solve this problem better. This also makes it easier to use them in the future.
