I went to Jingxian during the Spring Festival and visited the area around Haiwei Petrochemical; I found the people there to be very friendly, so I’d like to give them my praise.

It is easy to be kind; it is hard to remain kind.
Lately, I’m less inclined to use culture to describe a company. Because it’s too luxurious. A friendly culture is a benefit for employees and society, but it is not the goal of a company. Therefore, a culture of harmony and friendliness is an ideal for us, somewhat like a utopia. It is a privilege to work in a corporate culture like this; it can truly be considered fortunate, and something that cannot be achieved through effort alone.
