I too started as a newcomer and made progress step by step. I wonder how many of these future colleagues will be like that, and I reflect on my own past interview experiences to learn and improve myself.
One must be down-to-earth; nothing is easy, and making money is even harder

It’s difficult for companies to recruit staff these days; those with experience don’t want to come, and those without experience aren’t wanted. Contradiction
For large private enterprises, I think social insurance and housing fund are the aspects I attach great importance to. For state-owned enterprises, it’s about career advancement opportunities. For small business owners, it’s all about looking at the benefits.
The issue of recruitment is also a reflection of economic stagnation; the entire market is out of balance.
In state-owned enterprises, there’s little room for promotion; one just keeps working on projects, project after project :(
