Now, there are an increasing number of manufacturers of sulfuric acid equipment in China. Many sulfuric acid plants are capable of processing the equipment themselves. The manufacturers that used to be based in Yangzhou as a hub for sulfuric acid equipment production are also seeing a gradual loss of talent for various reasons; many of these companies have split up. There are now dozens of such small companies, and competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Only a few companies truly have the scale and strength to compete effectively. With the sharp rise in material costs and employee wages, as well as increased regulations regarding labor protection, the operating costs for enterprises keep rising. When the market for sulfuric acid is good, those small companies fare somewhat better, but when the market is poor, it’s hard to say what will become of them
Low management costs, guaranteed quality, and price advantages. Large companies turn a blind eye to small projects; the profit margin per employee is low, so they avoid such projects. Small companies, on the other hand, are different – every company has its own way of surviving
Survival of the fittest – the market requires competition, and the success or failure of a company depends on the ideas of its owner. It’s a blessing for employers to have good employees, and it’s a blessing for employees to have good bosses – that’s just the way it is.
In fact, the frequent splitting of these companies in Yangzhou is not necessarily a good thing. Progress only occurs in price wars or when falling behind. Only when price wars reach a certain level might business leaders turn to a path of differentiation and sophistication.
