What do people think will be the trend in housing prices in first, second, and third-tier cities in 2017?
The restrictions on property purchases and loans in first-tier cities are very strict; it is likely that they will have a restraining effect in the short term
Stability should come first; sharp rises and falls are unlikely at the moment, as the relevant authorities are handling things very well!
If there’s no increase, it means a decrease; costs are what they are, and achieving 5% is already very good
It has to rise; otherwise there will be a collapse
