Pro2 is sick; please help, doctor

My Pro2 suddenly stopped working properly: modeling worked fine, and after the model was created the status indicated no errors, but it wouldn’t carry out the calculations. When I pressed ‘Run’, the screen just flashed once and that was it; thereafter, options like ‘Stop’, ‘Go To’, and ‘View Result’ remained grayed out and unoperable. Could you tell me what’s going on? :Handshake. Also, it’s not a modeling issue; cases and instances that used to work fine now won’t run anymore. Was it possible that when using 360 or other software for cleaning up junk files, the related files for Pro2 were also deleted? One should be more careful when cleaning up junk files in the future. At present, the only solution is to reinstall it; one can also try to repair it, though I haven’t tried that method. Usually, the solution is to reinstall it, but some users have said that’s what they do.
Just reinstall it directly; it might have been processed by 360 or optimized by Optimizer Master. :)
