This maintenance focused on addressing the issues that arose earlier, such as high system resistance, incomplete combustion, and insufficient airflow from the heat blowers. As a result of these repairs, the problems of high system resistance and inadequate airflow from the heat blowers were resolved. The high system resistance was caused by blockages at the inlet of the heat exchanger as well as hardening of the catalyst surface, which in turn led to high resistance throughout the system and poor performance of the heat blowers

The key to a WSA unit is the complete combustion of hydrogen sulfide; in other words, the combustion performance of the burner must meet the design requirements, otherwise there will be many problems as a result
I am working on WSA equipment; the problem with the converter lies in the welding of the internal heat exchanger, and the glass tubes in the condenser tend to break easily.
The temperature rise and fall rates during startup and shutdown, as well as the pressure drop across the tube side and shell side of the condenser glass tubes, need to be properly controlled; generally, there are no issues with this. The heat exchanger installed in the bedroom must be of high quality during installation; leaks at the welding points would be a major problem.
The flange connection of the heat exchanger inside the WSA unit converter in our company has developed a leakage at its sealing surface after it has been in operation for some time; we are now attempting to resolve this issue by welding it directly. I wonder how your factory handles such problems?

Glass tubes are not as fragile as one might think. I’m not sure exactly what material they’re made of, but they do possess a certain degree of toughness. When my company installed these glass tubes, we initially thought they would break, but during the installation process, it was possible to hold them upright by their base without any problems. However, one thing to note is that when the condenser is in operation, the pressure difference between the tube side inlet and the shell side outlet should not be too large.
