The Zhijin Grand Canyon is a scenic area located in Zhijin County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province; it is 3 kilometers long and is also known as the “One Line, Three Gullies” scenic area. It is 2 kilometers away from the Zhijin Cave scenic area； The scenic area features well-preserved geological features such as canyons, sky windows, sinkholes, natural bridges, underground rivers, and steep cliffs ； Its landscapes of \"water on water, caves on caves, bridges on bridges, and skies beyond skies\" have been described by geologists as \"world-class karst landscapes,\" possessing great value for science education and tourism. The 104-meter-high sightseeing elevator is a highlight of tourism in the Zhijin Grand Canyon, and it represents the most user-friendly means of transportation to help alleviate fatigue from visiting the canyon. Tourists ascend slowly in the elevator, enjoying the stunning views of the grand canyon from different heights through the transparent cabin; their fatigue vanishes instantly, leaving them eager to stay longer. The ticket price for the Zhijin Grand Canyon is 80 yuan, with half price for people over 60 years old. If purchased together with a ticket for Zhijin Cave, the total price is 180 yuan.

It should be not far from your area; you can go next month to see the Zhijin Giant Cave, as well as the azaleas covering the mountains – rare mountain azaleas indeed
