1. Process Control Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to the factory’s instrumentation and control systems, and supporting continuous improvements to the factory’s operations in terms of reliability and productivity. 2. Responsible for some programming of Process Automation System equipment (PAS), preventive maintenance, circuit verification for equipment shutdowns, and the modification of conventional control systems. 3. Include providing daily technical support for the plant’s two key technologies – control and instrumentation, participating in the commissioning of new units, as well as installing and maintaining control systems. 4. Responsible for assisting with the re-validation of critical safety circuits (CSS). 5. Responsible for assisting control/instrumentation engineering technicians in this area. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 2. At least 8 years of work experience in operations or engineering related to pulverized coal gasification, petrochemicals, or related industries ; Of which, about 4 years of experience in process control/DCS and SIS system management and maintenance. 3. Strong background in control and instrumentation, including valves, transmitters, and control and interlock logic configuration ; Proficient in measurement methods for level, temperature, pressure, and flow, as well as expertise in instrumentation related to process control and safety systems ; 4. Good implementation and communication skills ; 5. Proficient in using office software ; 6. Basic reading and writing in simple professional English. Bonus points: 1. Preference given to those with a degree in chemistry, electrical engineering, or automation; 2. Experience in Shell gasification process control is preferred ; 3. Familiarity with ABB 800xA system priorities ; 2. Mechanical Engineer for Purification and Maintenance – Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for all pressure vessels: tanks, pressure relief valves, heat exchangers, pipelines, flame detection systems, life support systems, safety systems, as well as various rotating equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors) and other mechanical systems. 2. Provide installation and commissioning support for new large-scale machinery (such as compressors, turbines). Job requirements: 1. A college degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field. 2. More than 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of coal-based syngas purification equipment, particularly in the maintenance of turbine compressors (steam-driven). 3. Basic reading and writing in professional English. 4. Able to work independently as well as in a team. 5. Basic operations of office software. Bonus point: Those with experience in pipeline pressure analysis are preferred. Company highlights: 1.
