Milk expressed with a breast pump can be stored at room temperature below 25 degrees Celsius for 4 hours ； Food stored in the refrigerator at 4 degrees can be kept fresh for 48 hours ； In a refrigerator at -16 degrees, it can be preserved for 3-6 months. When stored in the refrigerator, it must be kept in a separate compartment, not mixed with any other foods. 16. Thawing and warming frozen milk: Place the container containing the frozen milk in room temperature or warm water to thaw it, then warm it to 38 degrees. Do not use hot water for disinfection or warming, as high temperatures can destroy the nutrients in breast milk. 17. Milk that has been thawed cannot be put back in the refrigerator to freeze again ； The milk remaining in the bottle after the baby has fed must not be kept; it should be poured out.
