Below are the details of the position: Job responsibilities: 1. Design appropriate pulp processing procedures based on the company’s requirements; 2. Responsible for the company’s process technology work and process management ; 3. Prepare the process documents for the product; design the process equipment as required by the manufacturing processes, and be responsible for the verification and improvement of such equipment ; 4. Participate in department management, assist in formulating and achieving work plans, and develop and improve relevant management systems. Job requirements: 1. A degree in related fields such as pulp production, light chemical engineering, or pulp processing equipment; a bachelor’s degree or higher is required, with preference given to those with an intermediate or higher professional title ; 2. At least 5 years of experience in pulp production projects; experience in pulp process design is preferred ; 3. Familiar with the production process flows of various pulps (pulp made from plant fiber materials such as wood pulp, straw pulp, and bamboo pulp) ; 4. Be familiar with the models, working principles, and performance of the corresponding pulping equipment ; 5. Good spoken and written English skills, independent working and management abilities, as well as strong communication and coordination skills and a team spirit ; 6. Proficient in using CAD design and other related software, as well as common office software; familiar with **relevant laws, regulations, and design standards.
