Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in the research and design of fiber membrane mass transfer equipment, and having served as the project leader for more than three projects ； 3. Be familiar with and able to independently resolve complex issues that arise during the liquid-liquid mixing or reaction processes involving fiber membranes, as well as master the core technologies related to mass transfer in fiber membranes. 4.
