Ask yourself first. Does your company often conduct team-building exercises? Frequency? Often, once a year roughly. What levels are required to participate? It’s different every year; there are probably more people in middle and senior management positions. There are also opportunities for new employees. Is there a profit? Yes! Is it difficult to use? It’s challenging; it seems suitable for teams of small to medium-sized entrepreneurs. Especially a team of young people!
We just need to go, and we must bring those at the grassroots level~~ once or twice a year, I guess
