I have been looking for a job lately and submitting resumes on Zhaopin. So far, I have encountered two fake companies. I have checked with Blue Star Group regarding this company, and they say they are not hiring. I haven’t verified the situation for this company yet, but it seems to be the same trick as in the first case: people are asked to undergo training for half a month, are not allowed to take leave, and must submit their hepatitis B test results before starting work. It’s amazing that such a large state-owned enterprise would dare to engage in such blatant discrimination. If anyone else has encountered similar situations, they can share them so that we can expose these practices. I’ve already filed a complaint on Zhaopin, but I doubt Zhaopin will pay any attention to it.
A pre-employment health check is still necessary; it’s not about discriminating against anyone. Everyone is in the same room or on the same team, and it would be unfair to get infected by someone else. It’s beneficial to take appropriate precautions~~~
A hepatitis B test is not allowed as part of the pre-employment health checkup; this is a **regulation**.
It is necessary to have such concerns; state-owned enterprises might dare to do such things in secret, but I don’t think they would dare to say so openly
It only requires a hepatitis B test; presumably those involved in pyramid schemes are also afraid of hepatitis B: lol
Anything that makes you take the initiative to contact them is obviously fake
Speaking and doing are two different things; what is said might be the company speaking on behalf of its employees, while the actual action is taken by the company itself. But to have this check done is fine; there’s no need to do it privately – it’s included in the next health check after the onboarding physical examination~~~
If it exists, one can simply report the hospital to the health authority.
