• Two temperatures shall be indicated on the vessel’s name plate, only during cold-service operations. These temperatures are: – The minimum allowable temperature specified in the codes, as per the vessel’s condition at the time of construction; – The maximum allowable temperature specified in the codes, as per the vessel’s condition at the time of construction. Are these temperatures the operating temperatures?
It is not the operating temperature, but rather the lowest and highest temperatures permitted by the standard specifications applicable to the location where the project is built.
