Let’s discuss everyone’s working hours

The working hours at our company are terrible; it’s a three-shift system. Those in positions above workshop worker level have to work 24 hours and then rest for 24 hours, with no chance to sleep – it’s insane
Is safety still necessary? In a real emergency, one doesn’t even have the energy to themselves, let alone take command on the spot!
My biological clock has completely gone haywire lately; I haven’t experienced this in years. It seems that aging is really taking its toll~·
No one can tolerate this situation; it’s unclear what motivates the company’s approach……
We work in shifts of four, and there’s nothing to do for rest at night while on duty in the workshop; we go home to rest during the day the following day
Is such a schedule beneficial to physical and mental health? Is it beneficial for safety? Is it beneficial for work efficiency? So I would say: We work for a better life, and after all, work is part of life. What is the purpose of going to work? Is it to torment those around us, or to torment ourselves? Why not do our proper job, when there’s no need to feel guilty towards those around us or even towards ourselves?
Some of these instruments operate 24 hours a day and don’t necessarily stop operating on the next day.
I don’t understand what the reasons are behind this approach by the company……
