Let me talk about my situation: I have been working for eight years, having worked on two coal chemical projects. Currently, I am employed by a company affiliated with a central state-owned enterprise, where I am responsible for work related to automatic control instruments; it’s a management role that involves overseeing such tasks. After all these years, I have some understanding of the technical aspects of my field, but there isn’t anything in which I am particularly expert. I have a straightforward personality, and it seems I’ve always struggled to choose the right side in interpersonal situations; as a result, I’ve missed several opportunities for promotion. . I’m also quite disheartened about working in a factory these days; the routine work offers no challenges. It seems like I can already see what I’ll be like in ten or twenty years, and that bothers me greatly. . Considering various factors such as my family, I’ve always had the idea of not working in a factory and instead switching to an environment where I can work in sales related to my field of study. People say that working in sales is a path with no exit; it involves the challenge of having to switch roles from being a client to being a supplier. I’m not sure if I’m capable of doing that I earnestly ask all the experts and sages to offer their guidance! ! Should I accept such an offer?
If you could really see yourself in ten or twenty years, it’s advisable not to be content with the status quo!
Accumulate knowledge and connections over time; starting over at the right moment makes changing careers seem like crossing a mountain.

I’m someone who switched from a technical role to sales – I used to work in pipeline design and construction for 7 years, and I started working in pipeline sales last year; it’s quite stressful. I’ve been in this job for 6 months now. . I haven’t acquired a single new client. .
Yes, different fields are like separate mountains, which is why there’s such confusion
Working idly in state-owned enterprises – how many people don’t know what they will be like in the future?
There are some~~ but the pressure is still very high. . Sales aren’t that easy to do. .
By taking action in daily life, one can see what their future will look like; preparing in advance is a way of showing responsibility toward oneself and one’s family.
