I have been working on the maintenance of field instruments for 4 years; I have no experience with systems such as DCS or PLC. My current salary is over 5,000. One company is offering me a salary of 6,500 for an HR position, but the work location isn’t very convenient as it’s far from home. I’m hesitating about whether to accept this offer This company offers low salaries, but if you work there you’ll have access to the systems and can learn about system-related knowledge. I’m seeking advice from those who are experienced in this area; I don’t have any experience in it.
On-site instrument maintenance and control systems require different levels of expertise.
What’s bothering me now is whether to go work at this company or not I’m not satisfied with the salary or the location; the only thing that satisfies me is the opportunity to learn new things
Sharpening the axe doesn’t delay chopping wood. If you are still young and have no family responsibilities, you can actively pursue learning*. Otherwise, seek more advice from your family – a harmonious family brings success in everything! ! !
It can be tried; a well-functioning system is really amazing~~~
You can do everything; start working first and learn the skills later.
Indeed very young, but due to family reasons, there is a heavy burden.
Why not take advantage of a place where you can earn a salary while also learning knowledge?
