Seeing that everyone else is uploading their creations, I’ve also uploaded the two vegetable dishes I prepared at noon; they’re not exactly gourmet dishes nor are they very complicated, but I thought I’d share them as a way to support this event. Preparation: Clean and wash the sweet potato leaves, cut the green beans into strips. Prepare the seasonings; since I found delicious garlic among them, I decided not to use it. First, heat the pan, add oil and seasonings, then put in the vegetables and stir-fry them. After that, add an appropriate amount of water – beans are toxic if not cooked properly. Next, add salt and chicken essence. Finally, add a small amount of soy sauce before removing the dish from the heat to enhance the flavor. That’s it.
