What are the advantages of engineers with less than two years of experience – high potential at a low cost?
It should be the low price. . Within two years, the price will definitely be extremely low~:lol But I can pretend to be inexperienced; anyway, my salary is pretty much the same as that of a process engineer within those two years~:lol

For further information, the workplace is located near the Beijing Asian Games Village; it is a foreign-owned company that specializes in the transfer of patent technologies. The main responsibilities of the position include designing process packages and providing some technical support. A background in chemical engineering design is required, as well as proficiency in English communication; a master’s degree is necessary.
The reason for requiring engineers within two years is as follows: – Engineers within this time frame still have considerable adaptability; they already have a basic understanding of engineering design and can get started working quickly. – The cost associated with them is relatively low. The company’s engineering team needs 2 engineers at this level, and there are good opportunities for growth for such engineers within the company, allowing them to learn a great deal; their self-worth can increase significantly over 3–5 years. Engineers with more than 4 years of experience should be avoided as much as possible, since the company’s engineering team structure is relatively stable, and there are limited opportunities for growth for engineers at this level.
