bg10.png Classification of tasks for the Haixin Cup selection competition: 1. Screening of posts that meet the competition requirements – a total of 350 posts, which are divided into two categories based on the number of posts: those with 10 or more posts and those with fewer than 10 posts. For posts with 10 or more posts, it is necessary to contact the authors to ask them to recommend their own posts; if no such recommendation is made, then the top 10 posts that meet the requirements are selected in order； ②If fewer than 10 posts are submitted, they should generally be screened by the moderators in accordance with the event requirements; if the author requests self-recommendation, that request will be followed. ③Compile the list and make it public, provide voting links, and promote it widely to encourage more sea enthusiasts to participate in voting. Requirements for the activity: 1. At least four images are required; strict compliance is necessary ； 2. It is best to post with “floor number + instructions”; if not available, some flexibility can be shown. 2. Counting of preliminary votes: valid votes are confirmed, and then the top 50 candidates are determined based on the number of votes received and announced. 3. Invite the judges to vote and count the votes: create voting links based on the list of finalists, inform the judges to proceed with voting. Each judge is allowed to vote for 25 works; the top 25 entries are determined based on the number of votes received. The top five entries receive the first prize, while the next 20 receive the second prize. It should be noted that a winner cannot receive both prizes; in such cases, the higher-ranked prize is retained, and the lower-ranked entry automatically moves to the category of excellent awards, with the rankings adjusted accordingly. 4.
