Dynamic flame arrester high-speed vent valve: A dynamic flame arrester that is also a high-speed exhaust valve; it is a pressure relief valve designed with a nominal flow velocity that exceeds the flame velocity of the explosive mixture, thereby preventing the spread of flames. The nominal flow velocity of such a valve is higher than the flame velocity of the explosive substance, which helps to stop flame propagation.2. Liquid product detonation flame arrester: A flame arrester in which liquid material is used to create a liquid seal as the medium for preventing flame propagation during detonations. NOTE: There are two types of liquid product detonation flame arresters used in systems handling liquid products: liquid seals and foot valves. It is a flame arrester that utilizes a liquid seal formed from liquid to act as the core element for preventing the spread of detonations. Notes: There are two types: liquid-seal valves and foot valves. 3. Liquid seal flame arrester: A flame arrester designed to use a liquid substance to create a barrier that prevents the spread of flames; it uses liquid to stop flame propagation. 4. Foot valve flame arrester: A flame arrester that utilizes a liquid substance in combination with a check valve to form a barrier against flame spread. 5. Hydraulic flame arrester: A flame arrester that breaks up the flow of explosive mixtures into separate bubbles within a water column, thereby preventing flame propagation. 6. End-of-line flame arrester: A flame arrester that has only one pipe connection point. 7. In-line flame arrester: A flame arrester that has two pipe connection points, one on each side of it. 8. Pre-volume flame arrester: A flame arrester that, once ignited by an internal source, prevents flames from spreading from inside an explosion-pressure-resistant container (such as a vessel or closed piping system) to the outside or into connected piping systems. NOTE: Explosion-pressure resistance is a property of vessels and equipment designed to withstand expected explosion pressures without suffering permanent deformation. This type of flame arrester prevents flames from escaping into the atmosphere or to the other side of connected pipes in case of an ignition inside a storage tank or sealed pipeline. Note: Explosion pressure resistance refers to the ability of pressure vessels and equipment to withstand foreseeable explosion pressures without suffering permanent deformation. 9. Integrated temperature sensor: A temperature probe that is integrated into the flame arrester, as specified by the manufacturer of the flame arrester, in order to provide a signal suitable for activating countermeasures. To supply temperature detection data, the flame arrester manufacturer can install a corresponding temperature probe on the flame arrester. 10. Atmospheric conditions: These refer to conditions with pressures ranging from 80 kPa to 110 kPa and temperatures ranging from –20 °C to +60 °C. The Kaichuan pump and valve series operates under such conditions
