What should we cook for our children during the college entrance examination? Those who have experienced this before, please give some advice

A normal diet is sufficient; one must absolutely not eat randomly and risk getting stomach problems, as that would make things difficult in the exam room.
The child often has diarrhea; I don’t know what to feed them these days
Eat some stir-fried meat; in addition to the usual seasonings, you can add some star anise and stir-fry it as well. Eating it a few times will be enough.
Just give them whatever they want to eat! When you’re happy, you perform well
