Study the Party Constitution and regulations as well as various speeches, and strive to be a qualified Party member. To further strengthen the management and discipline of Party members and cadres, to deepen the study of the Party Constitution, Party regulations, and Party rules step by step, and to promote continuous improvements in the work style and lifestyle of all Party members and cadres, in accordance with unified arrangements, the “Study the Party Constitution, Study Party Regulations, and Be a Qualified Party Member” educational campaign is being carried out in a thorough manner. 　First, it is organized in an orderly manner. Documents such as the \"Schedule for the ‘Two Studies, One Action’ intensive study week\" and the \"Implementation plan for the ‘Two Studies, One Action’ intensive study week\" were formulated. Recently, specialized training sessions on the \"Two Studies, One Action\" initiative were held; the content of these sessions included the Party Constitution, the Code of Conduct, relevant regulations, a series of important speeches by leadership figures, resolutions from higher-level meetings, as well as other important speeches. These efforts aim to further enhance party spirit, strengthen the commitment to serving the people, and create an atmosphere in which everyone strives to be a qualified party member. 　　Second, the approach is flexible. All Party members and cadres took careful notes while studying*, and actively wrote down their reflections; while the organization provided centralized thematic guidance, they also held group study discussions on their own and prepared reports based on those discussions; special columns were set up to facilitate communication among Party members and cadres as they studied*. 　　Third is to use learning to drive work. Integrate the “Study the Party Constitution, Study Party Regulations, and Be a Qualified Party Member” campaign with the key tasks for 2017, apply what has been learned in practice, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members and cadres, and push work to a new level.
