Where can I find the notice regarding the collection of certificates for the 2016 examination in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province? Certificates for provincial-level examinations can be collected already, but there’s no notice for those at the city level. Does anyone know where to find this information? Thank you

Could you tell me which specific building and office it is at? I went there last week as some kind of exam was being held; I asked around but no one knew, so I had to go back.
Go to the second floor of that teaching building; on the left side as you go up the stairs, there is a large room with counter number 7. The last time I went there, I asked a few people as well; the security guard at the entrance had an absolutely terrible attitude
