Last night, on the roads in the residential area, a pair of Chihuahuas were fighting. Out of boredom, I went over to scare them; unexpectedly, one of them started running, so I tried my best to chase it, but I wasn’t able to catch up with it. . .

If you want to compete with a Chihuahua in terms of explosive power, you still need to train, right? Sprinting requires the development of explosive power; it’s different from regular long-distance running. Train hard, and next time you encounter a situation like this, don’t embarrass humanity any more
