Liangzhong Zhang Fei Beef: Zhang Fei beef is one of the traditional delicacies produced by the beef processing factories in Liangzhong, Sichuan. It boasts excellent color, aroma, and taste. This dried beef won a silver award for high-quality products from the Chengdu Industrial Association as early as the 1940s. It is not hard due to the dried meat, nor soft; it is dark on the outside and red on the inside, which is why it is called “Zhang Fei Beef”.
