I graduated in 2010 and have been working in the benzene extraction and aromatic hydrocarbon processing units ever since. I started at the lowest levels of the hierarchy, working as an operator, then as an internal operator, and later as an assistant team leader (see *technician). Now I am looking for a suitable job in this field, hoping to make some progress in my career.

Don’t worry about it; it’s fine to lead a comfortable life in a state-owned enterprise.
It’s necessary to change environments as well; many companies are currently hiring staff, so there are great opportunities available. While still young, one should go out and see the world more often.
