I wonder if the management will bring up the issue of salary increases at this staff meeting. Even just mentioning it would be something, but if they don’t even mention it, then it’s really pointless!
It has been added every year. . .
It’s over; you can’t even write ‘cake’ anymore.
At the staff meeting, it should be the representatives who put forward proposals for salary increases; how could they do so on their own when the managers are so busy? If you won’t speak up for the employees’ interests, what’s the point of choosing you as their representative? If representatives don’t submit proposals and meetings are just a formality, then such staff congresses can just be skipped!

Typing on a phone is really problematic; you can make mistakes without even realizing it :L
So, forget about getting a raise.
Our staff representative assembly has hundreds of people in it, but it’s just a formality; everyone mainly listens to what the leaders sitting at the main podium say. Those who truly deserve a salary increase don’t care about that small amount of extra pay. The leaders earn more from other sources than from their salaries, while it’s only we, the hardworking frontline employees, who care about that little salary:Q
