Last time it was said that Saringer has received offers from CBA teams, and today there are rumors that Moté might also come to China; if he goes to Liaoning, he would be a perfect addition. Now only Liaoning and Guangdong still don’t have their foreign players confirmed – who will they sign?
Motte did it all on his own back then; actually, this type of interior player is still very sought-after in today’s NBA, as it at least allows one to secure a mini-middle-class contract.
Yeah, it’s self-sabotage. There were good opportunities remaining with the Rockets, but out of pride he refused to sign a contract; he really overestimates himself. It reminds me of Wells – playing in the CBA could be fine, as the competition there is less intense than in the NBA. Plus, there are things like layups and short hooks~
