Position: Senior Engineer for Pressure Vessel and Mechanical Integrity Management
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of pressure system equipment, including gasifiers, pressure vessels, towers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, pipelines, and pressure relief devices.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, with 5 years of work experience in the maintenance, inspection, or engineering of gasification/chemical/petroleum refining/gas equipment. 2. Familiarity with design and inspection standards such as GB and ASME/ANSI. 3. Familiarity with the inspection techniques for gasification furnaces, as well as knowledge of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, heaters, storage tanks, pipelines, and pressure reduction devices. 4. Understanding of local legal and regulatory requirements. 5. Basic skills in reading and writing in English. 6. Good interpersonal skills and coordination abilities, with the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively within an organization. 7. Qualifications for inspecting pressure vessels and pipelines according to GB/ASME and API standards are required. Additional advantage: Knowledge of materials engineering is preferred.
