Job Title: Technical Leader – Methionine Formulations, 1 position. Job Responsibilities: 1. In line with the company’s strategic plans, assist the chief engineer and product manager in the development and selection of methionine product formulations; keep an eye on trends in the feed market to help the company choose methionine formulations that are recognized in the market. 2. Develop research and development plans for methionine product formulations, organize teams to carry out the work, and prepare comprehensive experimental summaries and cost analysis reports for the project, to support corporate decision-making. 4. Put forward reasonable improvement suggestions for the problems that arise during the research and development of methionine as well as its market sales ； 5. Other technical and product information-related tasks. Qualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a chemistry-related field ； 2. Over 35 years old, full of energy, and in good health ； 3. Capable of independently taking charge of the design and oversight for research and development as well as subsequent industrial-scale production; has been responsible for completing the R&D and scale-up production of more than one product project. In completed projects, the individual’s original contributions to the development must account for no less than 30% ； 4. Possesses extensive experience in the development of various dosage forms, is capable of skillfully designing production processes, and can promptly analyze and resolve issues that arise during experiments ； 5. Familiar with conventional chemical analysis methods and the use of various chemical analysis instruments; knowledgeable about relevant chemical analysis standards; capable of interpreting spectra from gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, etc., and able to conduct effective statistical analysis of test data ； 6. Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to integrate into corporate culture, and a team spirit ； Strong commitment and innovation mindset. Required capabilities include a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, an international perspective, forward-looking technical and strategic vision, the ability to grasp overall situations and to develop systems, leadership skills, keen insight at the micro level, risk management capabilities, time management and work management skills, as well as the ability to identify, develop, utilize, motivate talent and build teams.
