Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for formulating the overall plan for the design institute in line with the company’s strategy and overseeing its implementation; establish the organizational structure, staffing levels, and job responsibilities of the design institute, while continuously optimizing them ； 2. Work together with the technicians of the company’s direct reduced iron project to carry out the design and promotion of the company’s key technical products ； 2. Responsible for maintaining client relationships for projects, coordinating various related tasks associated with projects, and effectively carrying out market development efforts ； 3. Lead the investment analysis and research for design projects, make decisions regarding whether to undertake such projects, and participate in the investment analysis and evaluation of all projects ； 4. Based on the requirements and characteristics of each project, allocate tasks and assign personnel appropriately, provide design guidance, resolve technical issues, and improve the overall performance of the team ； 5. Progress of various tasks undertaken by the control design institute (project progress, design and completion quality, etc.) ； 6. Lead the explanation, Q&A, and follow-up marketing efforts for Party A ； 7. Foster a positive organizational atmosphere and a harmonious working environment, improve employee satisfaction, and establish internal hospital policies while continuously improving them. Job requirements: 1. Age 40–55 ； 2. A college degree or higher, with a graduation in related fields such as steel or metallurgy ； 3. 10 years or more of experience in managing metallurgical design institutes ； 4. Possess strong communication and business negotiation skills; namely, the ability to negotiate effectively and undertake design projects on an external level, as well as management skills necessary for operating a business as an independent entity (the ability of the design institute to generate profits).
