Why are the downloaded attachments suddenly all 0 bytes?

Previously, downloads worked fine, and the number of attachments downloaded wasn’t large either; the wealth points were sufficient as well. The file names and types of the downloaded files seem normal, but they are all 0-byte files with no content at all. What is the reason?

I tried downloading it on another computer, and it’s still 0 bytes. . .
