Has anyone ever designed high-purity gas pipelines? What kind of pipes are generally used? Products from where? Those who know should discuss it! !
Pipes for transporting high-purity gases are divided into two main categories； Dielectric material pipes, non-dielectric material pipes. Dielectric material pipes generally refer to non-metallic pipes ； ABS thermoplastic pressure pipes; non-dilectric material pipes generally refer to metal pipes ； For SUS316LEP (welded with argon), the allowable cleanliness level for particles is 0.1μ
High-purity gas pipelines need to be considered in two different scenarios. For bulk gases such as N2, O2, and CDA, 316L BA pipes and AP pipes are commonly used. For special gases such as SIH4, NH3, PH3, AR, HE, etc., 316L EP pipes are more frequently utilized. In cases where even higher purity is required, V+V pipes are needed. As for the types of connections, welding is often used for special gases, while VCR connectors are employed for accessories; generally, Korean and Japanese products are preferred
