No matter where you run, it’s more or less the same as long as it’s on Earth
Of course. The United States can now track space debris as small as a thumb, and with China’s advanced technology level, such debris is at least the size of a fist. So fragments smaller than human size do not reach the ground; they burn up in the air. These are all my own ideas; I’m not sure if they’re correct.
