Company Name: Guizhou Xinxin Industrial Holding Group Co., Ltd. Job Position: 1. Head of HSE for the group’s chemical operations. Responsibilities: 1. Organize the development and improvement of the company’s HSE system, oversee the preparation and revision of related documents, and monitor the implementation of this system. 2. Organize the formulation and improvement of the company’s safety management systems for chemical production, and supervise their implementation. 3. Organize the implementation of the company’s chemical HSE training program and assist in coordinating the resources required for such training. 4. Establish the company’s HSE objectives and indicators for the chemical industry, and monitor the achievement of these indicators. 8. Develop the company’s HSE work plan for the chemical industry and implement it; organize safety inspections of chemical production processes, and carry out relevant HSE activities to enhance the safety awareness of company employees as well as the company’s overall safety culture. 9. Organize or participate in the investigation and handling of company safety/occupational injury incidents, as well as emergency response to chemical production accidents. 10. Responsible for the promotion and application of advanced technologies and equipment for the safe management of chemical production. 11. Organize and supervise the implementation of various emergency response plans, and review disaster prevention reports as well as relevant procedures and measures. Job requirements: 1. Under 35 years old, in good health, without any congenital or infectious diseases ； 2. A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, in a related field such as chemical engineering ； 3. Familiar with the production processes in phosphate chemical industry and related technical knowledge ； 4. Possesses strong communication, expression, and coordination skills ； 5. Intermediate or higher professional title ； 6.8 years or more of work experience in large chemical enterprises, with 3 years or more of experience in the same position. Salary: 10,000–15,000. II. R&D Supervisor (Fine Chemicals/New Materials) Job responsibilities: 1. Conduct research on new projects and new processes related to the field, and prepare accurate, objective, and reliable research reports ； 2. Develop R&D plans for new projects and products, submit them for approval; once approved, carry out the work, and prepare proposals for subsequent development projects ； 3. It is required that the original research records be clear and traceable, and that the analysis results be well-organized and concise ； 4. After the R&D project is completed and production begins, monitor the progress to ensure steady progress in manufacturing operations ； 5. Complete the relevant project applications, patent technology disclosure documents, and materials required for applying for scientific and technological achievements ； 6. At least two years of work experience in the R&D centers of large and medium-sized chemical enterprises; prior experience in the R&D centers of well-known domestic phosphorus chemical enterprises is preferred ； 4. Capable of independently carrying out industry-university-research integration projects, with extensive experience in pilot-scale research; familiar with chemical processes, equipment, and analysis techniques; able to thoroughly collect, organize, summarize, and analyze scientific and technical literature ； 5. Highly logical with clear thinking, excellent at communication, possesses unique insights, and has strong project management skills as well as coordination and communication abilities.
