The company’s headquarters is located in Fuzhou, Fujian. The Fuzhou headquarters is currently responsible for recruiting a production manager for the Huizhou branch. I. Job responsibilities: 1. Take overall responsibility for the management of the production department, formulate production plans, and ensure that production tasks are completed ； 2. According to the production schedule, keep track of the progress of production, coordinate and allocate human and material resources across departments, and ensure an optimal allocation of equipment and materials ； 3. Responsible for establishing and implementing various rules and regulations in the production department, and regularly revising and updating them in light of actual work conditions ； 4. Establish production quality objectives, safety objectives, and energy consumption targets, and be responsible for their implementation ； 5. Responsible for the effective operation of the production quality management system, and oversees quality inspection throughout the entire process ； 6. Develop production operation instructions as well as relevant work processes and forms, and supervise their implementation ； 7. Responsible for the technical upgrading of production processes, as well as the optimization and adoption of new processes and technologies, in order to enhance the competitiveness of products ； 8. Responsible for collecting data on production processes, establishing scientific indicators for raw material consumption, and proposing reasonable procurement targets and requirements ； 9. Responsible for the management of equipment use, maintenance, inspections, repairs, etc., and for maintaining records related to production equipment ； 10. Be responsible for safety and environmental protection management in this department to ensure the safety of personnel and property ； 11. Develop training plans for production staff, oversee their training and development, and strengthen team building ； 12. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. II. Qualifications: 1. A college degree or above, in a chemical-related field ； 2. At least 3 years of work experience in the production and research and development of specialty gases, with at least 1 year of on-site management experience in production or R&D management ； 3. Possess a professional title as an oxygen production engineer for medical use, and hold a cylinder inspector certificate ； 4. Familiar with the production and R&D processes of specialty gases, aware of the quality control procedures for such gases, and capable of effectively managing the production process ； 5. Possesses strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills ； III.
