Who knows German materials; 16Mo3, 15Mo3, 13CrMo4-5: mechanical properties, chemical composition, high-temperature mechanical properties – please advise. Thank you
15Mo3 is a grade specified in DIN17155; its chemical composition is as follows: C Si Mn P S Al Cr Mo – 0.12~0.2, 0.1~0.35, 0.4~1.6, ≤0.035, ≤0.0350, ≥0.02, 0.025, 0.25~0.35. Its mechanical properties are as follows (taking a thickness of 40 mm as an example): yield strength of 270, tensile strength of 440~590, A value of ≥20%, room temperature impact strength of ≥31 J; the tensile strength at 500 degrees Celsius is not less than 150 Mpa. It is delivered in a normalized or normalized+tempered condition. 16Mo3 is a grade specified in En10028; its chemical composition is as follows: C Si Mn P S Cr Mo Ni – 0.12~0.2, ≤0.35, 0.4~0.9, ≤0.025, ≤0.01, ≤0.3, 0.25~0.35, ≤0.3. Its mechanical properties are as follows (for a thickness of 40 mm): yield strength of 270, tensile strength of 440~590, A value of ≥22%, room temperature impact strength of ≥31 J; the tensile strength at 500 degrees Celsius is not less than 139. It is delivered in a normalized condition. 13CrMo4-5 is a grade specified in En10028; its chemical composition is as follows: C Si Mn P S Mo – 0.08~0.18, ≤0.35, 0.4~1.0, ≤0.025, ≤0.01, 0.4~0.6. Its mechanical properties are as follows (for a thickness of 60 mm): yield strength of 290, tensile strength of 450~600, A value of ≥19%, room temperature impact strength of ≥31 J; the tensile strength at 500 degrees Celsius is not less than 159.
