How many of our digital products get damaged? It’s probably because we grew tired of it that we changed it, right? Is it still meaningful for us to take good care of our digital devices?
Digital products are upgraded so quickly these days that many end up being phased out.
Most of the time, it’s because we’ve grown tired of it, not because it’s broken.
I’m afraid there aren’t many items that really get worn out. Take phones for example: if they start to work slowly after being used for a long time, we replace them. Do you think that counts as the item being broken, or is it just that we’re tired of it?
Mostly, it’s because the original products have become outdated as new products with more powerful functions emerge.
Apart from the camera, I only throw things away after they break
