When they see an elderly person fall, will people go to help them up?
It depends on the payment request; if it’s just you who doesn’t want to go, then only you can stay back, but if there are a dozen people or so who will go together with you, then you can all go together. Note: everyone needs to go together
Check if there are anyone else around or cameras; it’s better to approach carefully, find out what’s going on before deciding whether to offer help. It would be good to be able to record it as well.

Think about it: if you don’t help them, what will you do when you get old and fall?
