We should create our own national fast-food brand – Lanzhou Lamian – so that more and more foreigners can get to know these excellent traditional snacks of ours, and so that our children no longer crave KFC and McDonald’s! In fact, our country has many famous local snacks beyond Lanzhou lamian; we can go forward as a group
It should be supported to take Chinese fast food global.

There are tons of snacks in Fujian, as well as in Chongqing and Sichuan. It’s all the result of years of accumulation. It’s a shame that people are pursuing fashion these days.
