bg10.png The “Regional Points Pool System” is now officially available! (There is a display for each region, located below the rules):victory:~~~ The regional score pool system (which functions like a common storage area for Haichuan coins) is intended for region leaders, moderators, and team members, etc. It is mainly used for paying moderators’ salaries and processing requests for rewards from members (so that they can finally apply to receive their salaries on a real-time basis~). The period during which moderators can receive their salaries is from the 2nd to the 15th of each month; the salary payment system is made available during this time, and the regional managers are responsible for reviewing the salaries. Once approved, they are automatically transferred to the individuals’ accounts. For moderators who fail to collect their rewards outside of the designated hours, their HaiChuan coins will remain in the regional pool as reward funds for that respective region. Currently, the left and right pages of the regional points pool display the interfaces titled “Donate to this region” and “Apply for member rewards”, as shown in the figure. To access the page for moderators to apply for their salaries, one needs to click on “More” at the bottom of the page, as illustrated. Additionally, it is possible to donate HaiChuan coins to this regional pool system, with the amount of donation determined by you. Moreover, each region has its own independent regional pool system (the regional pool systems for different regions are all different). If ordinary HAICHUAN members wish to apply for rewards, they can have someone with administrative privileges (a moderator) do the application on their behalf, with the region’s supervisor reviewing it in the backend. The regional pool system is currently in the beta testing phase, so technical flaws are inevitable; it will be continuously improved over time. Haha, pretty much – it’s like a common pool for storing Haichuan coins. After the salary is calculated each month, it is reviewed by moderators or regional managers, and once approved, it is automatically deposited into the corresponding account.
It seems my metaphor is quite vivid~~~~ haha
No need to worry about unpaid wages anymore; P
