Does anyone know what DHT and HDV reactors refer to?

As the title suggests, also what does the parameter “TL-TL length” in the reactor size refer to? It is generally between a few and several dozen millimeters, with those of the same diameter and thickness appearing side by side. Please ask an expert to answer, thank you!
In equipment manufacturing, DHT refers to dehydrogenation treatment; I’ve never heard of HDV. In construction drawings, TL represents stair beams, and it can also be considered as an elevation value
Thank you! HDV – the corresponding English term I found is hydrodevanadium, which refers to hydrogenation for vanadium removal.
I’ve learned it, but is that DHT a diesel hydrogenation unit used in the petrochemical industry? Something feels off. . .
