The entire structure features a steel grid framework, is covered with a metal curtain wall, and is equipped with 12,000 LED lights. “The design guidance for the “Circle of Life” was provided by a nationally renowned engineering expert who was once responsible for the design of the structure of Shanghai’s Oriental Pearl TV Tower. “The total investment in the “Circle of Life” project amounts to 112 million, and its high cost has drawn attention. On November 12, 2012, Weibo reported that the \"Circle of Life\" would be completed, but various entertainment features would be removed, leaving it for viewing only. I remember having seen somewhere a building shaped like a copper coin; the wine bottle-shaped building of Wuliangye is also quite nice
