As the title suggests, is it still possible to use a first-class construction engineer on behalf of another party these days? What are the risks involved, and how much does it cost approximately?
It is possible to do so, but make sure the affiliated company is a legitimate, honest enterprise with actual relevant construction business. It is recommended to hold a certificate without holding a title; one should be responsible only for helping to maintain the company’s qualifications, without participating in the company’s bidding activities or serving as a project manager (even in an honorary capacity). This is because, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the project manager is held accountable for the quality of the project for life. If a company delivers shoddy work, the meager fees associated with holding such a position are not even enough to cover the cost of imprisonment.
