What material balance software does everyone use? How effective is it?

Which one performs better, HONEYWELL’s PB or ASPEN’s Advisor?
I don’t know; if anyone has it, please upload it.
I have this too; I calculate it all by hand.
A question that’s probably meant for a complete beginner: What does a material balance software do? Is it still for statistical calculations? When to use ·~~? I really don’t know. Thank you :hug:
Excel will do; why make it so complicated?
Aspen Plus offers a comprehensive range of property data, but it is not easy to use; HYSYS has less comprehensive property data, but it is easier to use
