'How to choose between Daxie and Hengli

If I go to Daxie, I’ll continue working in catalytic cracking, while at Hengli I would need to switch to a different process. However, the salary at Hengli is good. How should I choose?
A post doesn’t even have a title; it makes no difference where such a person goes – why choose at all?
